TORONTO, Ontario, Canada – January 16, 2019 – AudienceView a world leader in e-commerce software for events and entertainment organizations, is proud to be among the industry leaders enlisted to educate attendees at the 40th Annual INTIX Conference & Exhibition.

In-house experts and clients are participating in sessions on topics ranging from ticket office efficiencies and how attendee social media posts can boost sales to engaging Baby Boomers to increase ticket revenues and how failure spurs innovation that is shaping our industry.

At booth 401, the AudienceView team will demonstrate how our OvationTix and AudienceView platforms are helping more than 2,000 of the world’s most renowned performing arts venues, teams and organizations create better customers relationships, increase revenues and implement operational efficiencies that can also enable a better work-life balance.

Private demo meetings may be arranged during or before/after exhibit hall hours by reaching out via

Attendees can also learn how TheaterMania and WhatsOnStage, AudienceView’s media brands that connect 1.5-million consumers with live events each month, are a proven source of ticket sales.

Conference attendees are invited to join our team for a networking event – where we welcome spirited debates with spirits in hand – as AudienceView sponsors the After Party following the INTIX Celebration. The After Party takes place on the evening of Jan. 30 in the Tate Ballroom Foyer at the host hotel. Stop by booth 401 to trade your business card for a drink ticket.

“To remain competitive and grow your customer base in today’s evolving live events landscape, organizations of all sizes and types must create personalized digital relationships that make patrons feel special. These experiences begin well before a ticket is purchased, as early as the moment when a consumer first thinks of planning an outing, and continue well beyond the end of the show. AudienceView is proud of its reputation as an innovative, forward-thinking company and we look forward to sharing our expertise with INTIX attendees.”

Panels & Presentations

On Wed., Jan. 30 at 9 a.m., Mike Evenson, VP of Strategy and Marketing for AudienceView, will moderate “Expert Tips to Shave Off 5 Hours of Work Per Week.” He and a group of industry experts will present tools and methods that create focus to save time. Attendees will leave the session with tools, tips, tricks and solutions to help create the work-life balance that can seem elusive in today’s ticket office.

Learn what they want from your organization, how to segment and target them, why fostering a service environment that values this demographic is critical to your bottom line and understand the range of accessibility requirements to keep them coming back again and again.

On Thu., Jan 31 at 10:30 a.m., Rob Williams, VP of Product Management for AudienceView, presents “Failure is Not an Option.” In this interactive talk, Rob will discuss why failure should not be feared and how it has actually helped the ticketing industry advance.
