On Wed., Jan 30 at 10:30 a.m., Nick Begley, Senior Marketing Manager for AudienceView, will moderate a lively, interactive panel of Baby Boomers. Learn what they want from your organization, how to segment and target them, why fostering a service environment that values this demographic is critical to your bottom line and understand the range of accessibility requirements to keep them coming back again and again.
On Thu., Jan 31 at 10:30 a.m., Rob Williams, VP of Product Management for AudienceView, presents “Failure is Not an Option.” In this interactive talk, Rob will discuss why failure should not be feared and how it has actually helped the ticketing industry advance. Rob will also look forward to innovations and trends that we must evaluate and begin to prepare for today.
Also on Thursday at 10:30 a.m., Nick Begley returns to present “Say Cheese! Creating Shareable Moments to Boost Sales.” In just 15 minutes, this ticketing/social media expert and guy with the viral candy bar resume will reveal easy, budget-friendly ways for any organization to encourage eventgoers to share their experience on social media. INTIX attendees will also learn how customer-generated content from passionate brand ambassadors can result in more sales, subscriptions, donations and FOMO for those not in attendance.
